We are looking forward to having a really fun time!

Here is a pic from my last parade participation, July 4th Alameda, CA.

My brother lives in Alameda and has a side business of re-manufacturing bicycles into tri-wheeled platforms that are used at Burning Man events. (He is dresses as Uncle Sam behind Spidey.) Each year he enters the Alameda 4th of July Parade with these vehicles and last July, Casey (Spiderman), my grandaughter (Athena), my grandson (Reese, not seen behind Spidey) and I rode this bike around the Parade route (2.5 miles).

I can't tell you what a hit "Spidey" was. We couldn't let him walk the route because people stopped him for pictures with their kids!!!

Young adults could be heard from both sides of the street, "Hey Spidey!" and "Look! It's Spiderman!"
