Well, they used to use Fournier (along with most UK casinos) but they could have changed I suppose. Waddingtons used to be a favourite as well (in the 70s and 80s) but they could have got a deal with Gemaco, anything to save costs.
Shame that nobody can actually get the facts right about Crockfords though as it was only open from 1828-1845 ish and then closed down (as a gaming house) until the 60s? A bit like if somebody opened a store called Woolworths in 2078 and said that they had been open since 1878 and celebrating their 200th Anniversary!! Not strictly true but hey......
