Interesting conversations. If Creek only has three tables running when they should open a fourth, that's a management & staffing problem. Otherwise, the issue is why they can only fill three tables. Is it too far away from the population? Is the staff rude or unhelpful (after all, many people in Florida compare customer service to Disney customer service)?
