Since the Mohegan Sun chip has 3 inserts, all of which are a different color, AND for the fact that both sides of the chip have a different inlay, these are also the type of chip were there are two variations, as a random function of the manufacturing process.
The variation is, when holding the chip so that the tutrtle image is face up, there are two possible color sequences for the inlays.
Check it out if you have more than one chip.
This situation happens more often with Chipco chips when they are different on each side and there is writing on the rolling edge.
