Well that is part of the problem. I have been traveling a lot lately and haven't put in any time toward the backlog. Charlie and the rest of the team have been working on it but it takes some time. A lot of the scans need some TLC for rotation and cropping and others need to be looked up to get a reference number or other information.

I'm not sure my witty sarcasm works on this board. I have to quit trying it out.

What I meant was: you guys all have full time jobs yet you're good enough to spend your free time working your butt off for free to do this great job. And sometimes you get flack for not working fast enough (for free!).
Thanks for doing a great job.

One little suggestion that may save yourself some grief.
The auto reply that pops up when you submit to the guide says something like,

"Submission accepted, thank you"
Maybe it could be changed to say,
"Submission accepted, you're submission may take up to xxx days to appear."
The response would not have to be updated all the time just pick an average number like a week.
