Took me a minute to figure out what you were talking about in your subject line. My first reaction was, "Ah, funny guy!" Then after I read your note, I understood what you were getting at.

Some of the entries made by Greg, and others since, were missing a piece of information, like the TCR number has been updated, or the color of the chip was blank. So I have been filling in those blank spots. And the newsletter seems to add anything that has been updated. I have no idea why it does that; you will need to ask Mr. Kaplan that question.
