We have pretty decent service out of Comcast here. For the first few years we lived in this house we would have to call them for a service call about every 3 months. They came and fixed the problem. Lately things have been pretty trouble free.

It sounds like the whole deal with the Chipboard is just a pissing match between comcast and level 3. If they don't fix it soon we are all going to have to call and complain.
