There is a simple answer to that. Not many people are using Netflix at this time of day.
I will explain in full later although one or two other users posts have alluded to the issue.
I have a lot more info now - unfortunately if comcast dont sort it soon you are going to find it slow going at peak times to ANY site outside the comcast network, so the location of my server makes no difference whatsoever.
