But I thought it had been settled. In reading more web info, it appears not to be so. Here is one from about 4 months ago.

What triggered all this fussing is the agreement that Netflix made with the Internet backbone provider Level3, to handle all the movie data for users that get their movie from Netflix, rather than from Comcast Pay Per View.
Maybe this will settle out again by itself; maybe not. Any chance of getting our chipping sites hosted in a USA location rather than by 1&1 in Germany (or UK?).
I use Comcast for television, internet, and IP phone service. It doesn't appear practical to drop Comcast for another service for all three. I'll look into getting a faster CLEAR connection and see if IP phone service works that way. That would mean keeping Comcast just for cable TV. It would save me abut $50/month if that works, as I now pay $80/month for both providers to get internet fixed and mobile.
