The Mizpah was open in the 1970's. On a trip in 1976 the casino was open when I stopped there to eat. Tables and slots. Prior to that there was an article in Nevada Magazine in 75 or 76 about Tonopah and it had a photo of a dealer who used to be a professor at MIT and dropped out of sight and ended up in Tonopah dealing at the Mizpah.
