I have been collecting the knockers from the casinos - both Las Vegas and Reno - for some time now. I suspect this one predates them by a decade or so and harkens back to the good old days on Kentucky Avenue in Atlantic City. Makes me wonder about the story that the knockers at the Nevada clubs were inspired by a performer who preferred them to clapping. Nice addition to my collection even if it is not from Nevada.
