The postal person who refused your package is full of hooey! Also, very very lazy.

Filling the form out on line only reduces the amount of work that the postal clerck has to do. There is NO requirement that the form can NOT be filled out by hand as I mail several overseas packages per week, always with the form filled out by hand.

They tried the same thing on me, and what I did was take the postal persons name and filled a complaint with the postal service. One less person working at the post office now and never do I getting any razing about the form being filled out by hand.
