...I read with interest the posts about the USPS and come to the conclusion that while the UK's Royal Mail isn't exactly simple, they are at least consistent as a result of slightly simpler rules.

But this one Archie makes no sense to me - they are in effect saying don't make the packaging safer, which surely must be better for them? Do they really want broken or split packages?

I need to sit down with a drink and ponder this one
