Last week I got a padded envelope from Chuck stamped large envelope with postage at 1.10. I showed the clerk whom I always argue with. She said well I can't ship it like that. I asked why can one PO do it and not another. She said it's not right and I can't do it. I always pay 1.90.
Now the next day I ship Archie 4 chips in a padded envelope and tell the clerk I checked every rule and this is a large envelope. She agreed this time I was correct and his is a large envelope but not the others. I got outside and when I looked at my receipt I expected to see it was 1.10, but instead she only charged me 65 cents. I told Archie let me know if there is an added charge on his end. He said, no there wasn't.
