Yes I do understand that, but in the beginning that was the name of the bingo place. It wasn't a casino nor did it have one slot back in 1991. Was called Potawatomi Bingo. I am guessing they probably used these chips as a promo. I know other places have the Potawatomi name but I don't know of any that are named themselves Potawatomi Bingo.
