Moving back to Ohio where we came from eight years ago. Sold our home here is Las Vegas and will be trucking and car'ing it back next week.

Sam Wagmeister (CCGTCC member) did a GREAT job as our agent. He held open houses every weekend and after about 30-40 looky-lou's we had three offers and sold to a nice couple from Florida.

If you are planning on moving out to Las Vegas or have a home here to sell, I'd recommend contacting Sam. He was very efficient and knowledable and was able to match up some good buyer prospects.

I'll be back with the great group from the Michigan local club and also look forward to get-to-gethers with the Ohio collectors.

Will be leaving Las Vegas on the 27th and should be in Ohio by 10-2-12 - we're not in any big hurry to drive the distance and may be doing some sightseeing along the way.
