Players are sent a mail voucher for free table play. The voucher is redeemed at the cage for chips. I did not have a voucher. I tried to buy some at the cage in Harvey’s and Harrah’s and they would not sell them to me. It took two visits to Tahoe to find someone that had not played them and wanted to sell the ones they had. They might be easy to get if you are a pit player but I am not and were hard for me to get with out the casino calling security

They are NCV chips and the same on both sides. I have 5 of each for sale at $12 each with free shipping. They are large and very impressive, I am guessing 48mm in size. I am showing a regular house chip in the scan and the sizes are proportional.
