Evening is the time the picture loads slow down. I've checked, and the pictures I've had problems with are hosted on the Chipboard server. Many load only an inch or so and stop. Reloading, or clicking "Show Picture" doesn't help. This started this week. Other sites (except CCGTCC site) work very fast as ususal. I have Comcast as a provider, and tests show 18 MBy/sec + downloads, even during the trouble periods.

Everything is fine this morning.
