How much time has passed between when you sent the item and an email was sent to you..?
I once emailed a seller and said I did not receive an item. He sent another.
I ended up with both and by the time I had to send one back, it cost me near $7 in postage.
So, it is worth waiting a bit and see if it eventually arrives.
