Like I expected, the $25 (and likely the $100 also) are RHC mold. The $100 is black with 8 medium blue inserts arranged just like this $25. They only hit the tables about three days ago.

Now, since these are the same as the $1 chip that has been in play for many years, would they also be considered 13th issue, even though at least one chip has been made after the 13th (the pink 25 cent) or would it be possibly a 15th issue going by date of release??
