This is a little off topic but Wal Mart has a phone for about $45-$125 depending on model that you can get unlimited everything for $45 a month. Talk text and data are included. Yes this costs money every month but right now we are paying $90 a month for two phones with no internet service. We can get this everything service for the same price.

If all you need is data service thru WIFI there are lots tablets that will do the jobs for very little money and no monthly cost. If you just gotta have those I-Phone Apps then ya gotta pay for them.
