Thanks to your research... I decided to do a little photo research, this is what I am extremely good at. I started looking online for old photos. I came across the below photo of the Westerner Club and I blew it up - Next to it was our Buffeteria. Before it was a restaurant the location looked was a clothing store (I could not find any full pictures of the location being Goldring's Buffeteria), however the classified ad proves the point - the address makes sense also, most addresses on the south or east sides of streets are odd, so 17 E. Fremont would be next to 15 E. Fremont. On the other side of Goldring's Buffeteria was the Monte Carlo Club. The Monte Carlo Club had 10 and 25 cent chips, the club offered 10 and 25 cent craps. There are Mill's slot machines in the foreground and the right side (pretty common in LV); other pics of the Monte Carlo club from the outside show Mill's slot machines.
