There is no connection with the MSC chips and The Monte Carlo.
I have posted this many times.
The MSC chips were delivered to the Muskogee Social Club, NY City in 1930, 1,000 chips, 5 colors 1 year before the Monte Carlo sailed.
Also an Auto Park in LA Ca in 1938, 2 years after the Monte Carlo sank, 500 chips. Total 6 colors. There are no connections between the 2 men that received these chips and the Monte Carlo, that can be found to date.
It is impossibe for either order to have been used on the Monte Carlo.
The CA mobster mentioned is Jake Kattleman owner of the El Rancho Vegas and The Cove in Palm Springs.
Some of the MSC chips have a rubber stamp with Monte Carlo and address of the pier on them. This was done with an ink pad and stamp you can buy at any office suppy store.
A CA chip seller put the rubber stamp on the chips. I forgot who it was. It happened pre 2000.
I have extensive emails with Ernest Marquez on the MSC chips. He agrees with me.
Why do people insist on making up history?
