Who is responsible for this mistake ? Seller or USPS
It is not a USPS Priority envelope with the fimilar markings of the USPS.
It is a 9x6 very slightly padded envelope with two First Class Forever Stamps..Cancelled
However, it bares the writing of a Master that rate is $5.35 minus $.90 cents - $4.45 Black Felt - Priority.
By the way..my extra trip to Post Office was certainly an added bonus.
