I agree Archie I just got home from 3 days at the Nugget and could not have had a better time,the room was beautiful and spotless all brand new,the entire staff from dealers to housekeeping were very courteous and went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
My personal opinion is once these guys got the lawyers involved it didn't take much to sway them into not accepting the GN offer.
Talking to employees there they said management wanted to put this behind them and wanted to settle and then go after the card company.
