While looking up the requirements to mail silver strikes to Spain (Priority Mail International with Insurance is a requirement) I noticed that amoung the prohibited items, Playing Cards are listed!

I don't know why, but was surprise to see them specifically listed in a rather short list of items.

Anyone know why?
