Cards and chips from my Vegas trip

Back home after a week in Vegas and a few days down on the coast at Huntington Beach! Long trip, but always nice to get home again.

Collecting one $5 chip from each Vegas casino means that there are few that I can pick up from casinos these days, but I did pick up a Texas Station LE (as their house chip is still the old Texas house chip). Also picked up a Paris LE.

The obsolete chips were from Spinetti's except for the La Rue chip which I got from Dave Harber who kindly agreed to meet me while I was in Vegas (saved on the duty and tax payments if sent by mail!). Thank you Dave.

I also like to pick up cards when I visit, and all of these apart from the Tuscany were new versions for my collection. The 2 Cannery cards are different on the back (one is the Cannery, and one is Eastside Cannery which I find interesting that they have 2 different cards), as are the Station Casinos - the one from the Fiesta uses blank cards onto which they stick a sticker with your name and account number on

My favourites this time are the Ellis Island card and the Hard Rock backstage pass issue.

The Jersey Boys is the Paris room key - they told me that most keys were still the general Paris key, but that there would be a Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse key about to be issued.

Enjoy

Jason
