So yesterday in my PO Box is a letter telling about Real Mail Notification Services. They will now text, e mail, etc you when mail is put in your box. This way if you have no mail you don't need to go to the PO that day.
I ask the clerk how do to I sign up. She had no idea what I was talking about so I show her the letter. I hadn't fully read the letter yet, she circles the e mail address and says you need to go here and do it on line.
Today I go on line to register and there is no tab or link for this service. I call a number and was given another number to call. No help there either.
I now go to the PO to get my mail today and of course nobody there was able to help me.
BTW the letter also said you can now use the Post Offices address for your mail. They will now except packages from companies that don't send mail to PO Boxes. Also they now have a signature verification system so you don't have to wait on line to sign for letters anymore, they will just be in you box.
