Rick, easiest thing you can do to put it to rest is to call them like I suggested. The hold times these days are much shorter than what they used to be and chances are you won't be put on hold at all. They will tell you exactly why they need the same information that you already supplied, and then maybe they won't have a clue why they are asking it again.
Maybe someone from England pick pocketed you at the convention. If you have any Irish blood in you that would explain it.
