I have a love-hate relationship with Ebay.... mostly hate. I have found some nice chips on Ebay over the last few years. I know a couple collectors and myself who will not bid against each other to run up the price on a chip. If they see it first and bid I back away no matter how much I want it. Ebay sellers may not like that but, a few bidders I know, and myself, have sort of a "Us against them" mentality. In the end, with the market in general, whoever has the deepest pockets gets what they want. I can't tell you the number of times I've pretty much set the price on a chip only to have someone out bid me by 50 cents in the last 10 seconds. Did I mention I hate Ebay?
