No one can possibly know if they are stolen at the time they make a purchase. Most of us purchase chips on-line and, even if asked, you never know whether or not the answer you get is true. Its not a good thing, but it is reality. Anything that is collectible, has belonged to someone else and has exchanged hands several times. There is no abdication of theft or stealing being made here, but I'm not going to ask people where they got their chip(s) nor why they are selling them. If they have large and positive feedback on eBay, sell from a web site, are a member and/or sell from this ChipBoard, that's enough for me. If you know of someone that has stolen chip(s) and has or is selling them, speak up and contact the authorities.
