OK David, thanks. But... am I reading this wrong? In the Chip Rack (14th edition) pgs 359 & 360, Westward Ho $5 Millennium chips are listed as V6020 (Grubstake/Millennium 2000), V6021 (Ho-Waiian/Millennium 2000), V6022 (Preferred Customer/Millennium 2000) and V6023 (Puttin' On Ritz/Millennium 2000).

The Preferred Customer scan I posted was just a guess, as I have not seen one of these.
