The paper "pogs"(I think they are called) were given to card players as bonus for getting selected hands.
HHR and Dragons chips marked Token were also used in the same way at some point.
The player after they got a large number of them they would be able to trade them in at the gift
shop for a hat or other prize based on how many tokens they had.
Two versions of the paper pog exist based on the nose on the number one.
I got my stock for trades from the gift shop after the promotion ended.
