I'd be interested in what others think, too. I have mixed feelings, including whether they will retaliate (or fail to offer listing deals) to those who opt out of the otherwise mandatory arbitration clause.

A bigger concern to me is the new provision that sellers agree to be bound by eBay's international agreements if we sell an item with international shipping. I would think their policies worldwide would be consistent, but if they have to clarify that I am bound by Chinese rules if I sell an item in China, who knows?
