With eBay's fees constantly rising and making it more difficult to sell something without losing money, has anyone tried and had success selling on Etsy.com?

If you haven't seen it, the site started out as a place to sell handmade stuff, but they also allow you to sell "vintage" items that are over 20 years old. There are already some casino chips there, but most have prices that make you laugh out loud (not to mention some of the charges for shipping).

As I understand it they charge $.20 to list an item for 4 months (unless it sells first). When it sells they charge 3.5% of the sales price.

Of course you don't have the same traffic as on eBay and it's more difficult for buyers to browse for chips since there isn't a specific category. But, once buyers find one of your sales there is a link to see what else is in your "shop".
