Since I don't play roulette, but like the chips, my method is very non-clandestine. When I see a busy table with hordes of people shuffling chips all over the place. And, I notice the cocktail waitresses plying the guests with liquor, I make contact with the waitress as she leaves to get more drinks. Sitting right in front of me is her tray with a cocktail glass full of roulette chips...all colors. Acting like I need a favor, I offer to give $2 cash for each chip, and offer more for other colors I need during the harvest. Every time she departs for more drinks, we meet half way and I get what chips she has. She can't cash these chips in for tips, but a single chip to her is worth two greenbacks from me. Now, I have been able to get the complete table color set on extremely busy nights. The roulette dealer and his assistant never miss tip chips given by players to cocktail waitress. Now you know the rest of the story....However, if anyone gets in trouble doing this, don't say I told you how to do this. Good luck.
