Last time I was in Paris, I got to play at the ACF. It is small, but very nice. Luckily, my colleague had a connection and we got a membership, but that is very rare. The fee is for the calendar year. Same price to play on December 30th for the rest of the year as it is on Jan 1st for the whole year.

I went to one of the other Cercle's whose site had advertised the 2011 fee as 30 EUR, but when I got there, it was 100! A bit steep for a night or two of playing. Sadly, I did not bring any home after a bad beat felted me.
