It seems to me that the dealer might be in on the "defraud". How can the dealer not know after a few minutes that something isn't right. Players that frequent gaming establishments get to know dealers and sometimes schemes are made up to defraud the casino. The dealer should be in controll of his/her table. It will be only a matter of time before somebody rolls over on the rest ( if that is the case )
