OK, I think I get it now, thanks. I knew that, but didn't think it all the way through.

Basically you are saying:
(1) the player can write down the complete order of all 52 cards.
(2) so he'll always know the name of each card dealt from the shoe.

But it seems to me that if the cards came in, say, Ace hearts, two hearts, three hearts, etc., order, someone very soon would notice it and inform the casino.
