I don't ever remember seeing fractionals in Atlantic City but I do remember for a while the casinos in Detroit had them but I think and I could be wrong that casinos like MGM Grand Detroit phased them out after they move from 1300 John C. Lodge to 1777 3rd Street, In Florida the Poker rooms at Jai-Alai, Dog Tracks and Horse Tracks have them as does the cardrooms in California (i.e. Hustler in Gardena). I also know that cruise ships have them because I got at least 5 of the 50¢ when I went on my last cruise on Royal Caribbean to Cozumel/Costa Maya, Mexico which was an interesting experience I became Norm from Cheers everytime I went into the casino on the ship everybody knew my name and greeted me as such.
