Ok, here are two of the same chip. Paul Cummins Roaring 20's - Seattle Worlds Fair.

You can see on the first (left) chip that there appears to be a bit of an overstamp???? It is very noticible when comparing it to the chip on the right. Especially when looking at the car, you will notice the red spots don't match up with the car or with the car on the right.
