Question for everyone...

I know the Flamingo Las Vegas Margaritaville $1 chips are hard to get, if nearly impossible. They are out completely at the Flamingo, but I was able to get 3 from a different source. Anyone know the story behind why they are so hard to get and how many were made. Also anyone selling them?
