Apparently some years ago, a gift shop in one of the Las Vegas casinos started selling hundreds of the orange Sans Souci 12 1/2 cent chips.

They started to show up on Ebay for $10 each. (I bought 5 of them)

The price seems to have stabilized a bit, but these once $100 chips, generally can be found for around $25 or so today in "New" condition.

Anyone here know more to this story?
