Andy; My point was that the chips were given away as a qualified promotion! If they gave out three different shot glasses with horses pictures on them to bettors instead of chips... what would the "cost" be in context as quoted by the original poster? The NCV chips did not "cost" $1200 as stated... wouldn't you agree?
