Joel, I grew up in Montana, and there was a farmer fondly called "Jingles", he worked hard and he played hard, he drank a lot of beer, always giving the excuse of, well; "I gotta keep the price of barley as high as possible". I think it is something like that. If all/most of the chips, that are left for other collectors are marked, scratched or otherwise undesirable, then mine are worth more. Like Jim said it takes a sick mind.
