Whomever it is you refer to probably also does business with other club members besides listing on eBay... and I'd think you will find when something as you mention takes place that lister is contacted by private email and in most cases they will adjust the price or pull the auction... and you will also find that some non-CCGTCC members could care less what you have to say regarding their listing -- thus the posts you refer to.

Most (if not all) CCGTCC members cooperate with eachother...
