For the dealer? 5% or so?

Typically when I cash in a tournament, I'll tip the dealers 5-10%. Usually around 5% on bigger cashes, and 10% on smaller ones.

I was at Barona a few months ago when a BBJ was hit, and I heard the dealer got stiffed..
