My wife bought a large collection of Jim Beam decanters to sell in her space in the local antique mall. This unusual decanter was included in the lot. It appears to be a Fox dressed as a Harold's Club dealer but it is not marked as Jim Beam. It appears to be commercially made - good heavy materials and good glaze but has no markers marks that I can see. The Jim Beam Collector's Club used to have different fox bottles made for each convention but they are normally clearly marked. Does anyone know what this might have been made for? Perhaps a very early Club convention? Harold's Club produced a bunch of the Beam decanters - in fact it became a real money maker for the place. Thanks for any help...
