seller is screwing you. You just click refund on pay pal and it refunds all of your money. for him to keep money he had to type it in. Did he send you money or refund your payment. If he sent it pay pal took out fee's. If he refunded you it should be full amount. Pay pal would like that. They get fee's both ways for nothing.
