Re: NCR - Resorts AC to partner with Mohegan Sun

Resorts International - the pioneer casino training grounds for casino managers and executives now in need of help from a CT casino to manage its casino affairs - what happened.

When the two CT casinos need top management staffs when they opened, including table game dealers drew most of its manpower from the AC (Resorts) personnels and so did when New York casinos opened up they drained casino personnels down to dealers and pit clerks for their staffing.

They never learned after all those years.

Revel Casino I was told has the "cream of the casino employees" in its staff - drawn from the other casinos in the area. Lets see 3 to 5 years from now. I have been told also that "politics in the casino" and in the industry is dirtier than Washington politics, I don't know how true.

Resort International by itself will be a very interesting 'case study' for the Rutger University Graduate School of Business to explore the "why's and why's" all these years it came to this - "what goes around comes around".

The losses in the AC casinos are not unique for the area as you may all know. As in Wall Street and UK banks and financial institutions losess also but much faster in a blink of an eye - with the high speed computers $500 million in less than one minute.
